Stuff's happened lately. Last Thursday was orientation. I finally got a decent schedule, I get out at either 1 or 1:40 everyday (it alternates). Pretty sweet if I do say so myself.
Friday I worked from 8 - 5. I finally got my first paycheck too. It's nice actually having money for once. Friday night I went to the Dream Cruise with Nick, Tim, Dave, Adam, and Faith. Great funn. I love just walkin around on nice summer nights; especially when it's with friends & I get to look at cool cars. As I was walkin down the street, I saw Jade so I had to say 'hi'. Then I saw her a few more times and we kept sayin hi.
Saturday I dont remember what I did all morning / afternoon. Saturday nite I went over Katies. Jess came over and we all went out to Starbucks. I scared the living shit out of Jess and feel quite proud of myself. It was funny, cause I climbed into the trunk w/out the girls noticing and then decided to just lay on the seat & half in the trunk & when Jess saw me she flipped. She hit Katie though which wasnt cool and I feel really bad about that part, but not about scaring Jess half to death.
Sunday I met with the guys to do math hw. After that, I headed over to Mike's house. We picked up Amber then went back to his house and watched part of Sin City. I was supposed to hang out with Katie, but then she couldnt hang out so Mike, Amber and I went over to Al's house. Mike wrecked Amber with the hatch to Al's jeep, he wasn't payin attention when he shut it and Amber happened to be right there. Then Al had to eat so Mike and Amber went out to eat with Richie and I came home for dinner. Then I headed back to Mikes house and met up with him Richie and Amber.
Today school started. It wasnt too bad. I only have two tough classes. Math is only tough cause its a lot of hw, so its not really tough; just time consuming. Physics will be a killer, its both boring and time-consuming. Other than that, it'll be an easy year. After school I went to work from 3 - 5.
Tonight I went over Katies and hung out. Good times, didnt do anything special, just hung out which is what I really needed after such a stressful week. Katie, you make me so happy :)

So yeah, I have a job now. It's at a place called Indicon (no not Inatech). I sit at a computer all day, and double-check tags and make corrections on drawings. In my spare time I stare out my window at a large American flag or at my daddy's work. I like my 'office'. It's not really an office, just 2 desks and 2 chairs with a computer, but at least I get to look out a window instead of slave away in a cubicle. It's like the perfect job for me, I get to do my own thing, I work independently and only have to talk to people when they have jobs for me to do or when I have questions. Its great money too. The only bad thing is goin from partying and stayin out late all summer to having to go to bed early & wake up bright and early. Oh well, I'll soon be working just after school and weekends so it wont be as bad.
Katie, you are amazing. I decided to type an entire paragraph, just about you. You're beautiful. Anyone that's seen the picture of us has said the same thing, 'awww you two look so cute together' OR 'she's beautiful man, got any more pics of her?' You've helped to make this summer my most enjoyable and memorable and I love it. Without you, my summer wouldnt be nearly as awesome as it has been. I could go on for hours going into detail why you're such a wonderful person but I need sleep cause I've got work in the morning. Katie, you make me sooooooooo happy :)

I'm only updating this because someone special told me to do so.
Umm...
Lacrosse is done. It was a funn season. I'm sad its over and I'm looking forward to playing in the fall and winter.
I haven't played tennis in ages. For a while I was playin like every single day, then I stopped playin as often, and now I just dont play anymore. Its seriously been over a month since I've even touched my racket. Once the courts up at Sterling are finished I think I'll have to give em a try and might start getting back into the swing of things. Speakin of tennis, tonite I saw Alexi at the Sterlingfest.
Tonite I went to the Sterlingfest with the groovy one, CJ, lance, and dave. We met up with Anna, Marlen, Monica, and Renee. All of us were there for one reason and one reason only; to see Foreigner! Pretty good concert, but there was a lot of white trash there so it was kinda funny watchin all the hicks sing along with all 8 of their teeth and their nicely stained clothes and crazy hair. After the Sterlingfest we all headed to Coney Island then went back to Dave's and just hung out for a while.
I actually saw a lot of people I knew at the Sterlingfest. I saw Chris, Marco, and Lil' John (all from my soccer team); Alexi (from tennis); Fat Cracc; and Bryan Dunklin.
I havent been updating lately cause life has been going great and I've been too busy with stuff to update. I've been spending a lotta time with Katie and have been loving it. She's helped me through some stressful times and has helped me keep my cool. Thank you Katie! You're wonderful ;) Without you in my life, I wouldnt be nearly as happy as I am right now.

Random Stuff:
MONDAY
- Mike and I went to the beach and saw Katie and Jess there. Went back to Mike's house and chilled afterwards. Tried watchin Pulp Fiction, didnt finish the movie though.
- Tim and I lost again at lacrosse. He scored though and I helped in the play so I'm happy.
- Katie and Jess came to the lacrosse game with us.
TUESDAY
- Played tennis with Jeff, Karolina, and Dana. Jeff is doing good these days and enjoying his summer. Definitely have to hang out with him more often.
- Went to Katie's house. We watched Spaceballs and Toy Story.
WEDNESDAY
- Went to the beach with Mike, Groovy Al, CJ, and Rich. Katie and Jess met us up there. We sat on the beach, tossed a frisbee, threw around lacrosse balls, and mostly just sat around and chilled all day. It was a beautiful day and really relaxing. Couldnt've been happier ;)
TODAY
- Played video games and just laid around the house being lazy.
- Picked up Katie and came back to my house for dinner. We watched Mr. Deeds then went for a walk.
- Went to Anthony's house to chill with him for a while now that he's back from DC & NY.
- Drove Katie home and then came home.

Its been a while since I last updated.
Yesterday my daddy & I tried to fix the A/C in my car, but had no luck. That killed a few hours of my day. I took a shower then headed over to Lance's house. We then proceeded on over to Katies house. We all tried to watch Hitch but it didnt happen. We played monopoly and kemps during the movie and then Lance kept attempting to hit Jess in the boobs and then she'd go for his crotch. It was amusing. Then I got dragged into it and had to protect myself from bein hit by Jess too. Lance and I left there then headed back towards my house. On the way, Mike called so we went to his house. It started raining so we stayed there for a while and hung out with him, Anna, and Marilyn. We all went out to Groovy Al's house in hopes that he could come out and shoot off some fireworks but he couldn't get outta the house. We then dropped Lance off then headed back to Mike's house. Anna and Marilyn stayed til about 2:30 or so. I spent the nite at Mike's house. We just stayed up most of the nite talkin about stuff, watchin tv, and played video games. I also worked on a puzzle and I'm still workin on it. I dont remember what time it was that I fell asleep, but I woke up around 10:30.
Mike and I played some video games for a while then headed to my house at around 1. We made hot dogs then played Halo 2 for a while. I took him home, came home, showered, went to tennis, took another shower, then went back to Mike's house. Tonight, him, myself, Anna, Marilyn, Groovy Al, and CJ watched the movie Hide and Seek. After that, we went and shot off some fireworks, went back to Al's house to get some more, shot off more fireworks, then went back to Mike's house and chilled for a while. It's been funn the past few days.

Today I cleaned my room and went to tennis camp. Theo showed up to tennis which was awesome. After tennis, I stopped at home, ate dinner, showered then headed over to Mike's house.
Mike and I chilled for a lil while, set some stuff on fire, then went to Kroger. We were there for an hour. Richie and Alex met us up there and we bought random items. Chips, cheez-its, bread, meat, dressing, cheeses, croutons, and DRINK AID. We then proceeded on over to Blockbuster and rented a movie and video game. Next we headed back to Mike's house and made some subs with all the random ingredients we acquired. Then we munched on chips and cheez - its while it was being prepared. After making the subs, we made 8 separate flavors of DRINK AID. We decided that adding a lotta sugar would be a good idea, so we did. OH NO! We played the video game for hours and all it was, was just running around senselessly killing others. It was amazing how something so simplistic and stupid kept 4 guys occupied for a few hours. Before I left, we mixed the 8 flavors of DRINK AID then tried it. It didnt taste too bad. Mike and Rich started laughing while drinking it and it came out their noses and they spit it out while Alex and I just laughed at them. OH NO! What a sugar buzz!!

THE BRICK
A young and successful executive was traveling down a neighborhood street,
going a bit too fast in his new Jaguar. He was watching for kids darting
out from between parked cars and slowed down
when he thought he saw something. As his car passed, no children appeared.
Instead, a brick smashed into the Jag's side door! He slammed on the
brakes and backed the Jag back to the spot where the brick had been
thrown. The angry driver
then jumped out of the car, grabbed the nearest kid and pushed him up
against
a parked car shouting, "What was that all about and who are you? Just what
the heck are you doing? That's a new car and that brick you threw is going
to cost a lot of money. Why did you do it?" The young boy was apologetic.
"Please, mister...please, I'm sorry but I didn't know what else to do," He
pleaded. "I threw the brick because no one else would stop..." With tears
dripping down his face and off his chin, the youth pointed to a spot just
around a parked car. "It's my brother, "he said. "He rolled off the curb
and fell out of his wheelchair and I can't lift him up."
Now sobbing, the boy asked the stunned executive, "Would you please help
me get him back into his wheelchair? He's hurt and he's too heavy for me."
Moved beyond words, the driver tried to swallow the rapidly swelling lump
in his throat. He hurriedly lifted the handicapped boy back into the
wheelchair, then took out a linen handkerchief and dabbed at the fresh
scrapes and cuts. A quick look told him everything was going to be okay.
"Thank you and may God bless you," the grateful child told the stranger.
Too shook up for words, the man simply watched the boy! push his
wheelchair-bound brother down the sidewalk toward their home.
It was a long, slow walk back to the Jaguar. The damage was very
noticeable, but the driver never bothered to repair the dented side door.
He kept the dent there to remind him of this message: "Don't go through
life so fast that someone has to throw a brick at you to get your
attention!" God whispers in our souls and speaks to our hearts. Sometimes
when we don't have time to listen, He has to throw a brick at us. It's our
choice to listen or not.

Coach Tom, I don't think anyone could say enough about your dedication, enthusiasm, communication, and caring. Thank you for coming out and putting in your time and energy giving the Warriors every opportunity to learn from you and your example of fairness and spirit. Everyone left it on the pitch Sunday. I can't ever remember seeing that level of play and intensity in my 10 years in AYSO. Great job.

"Guys, I dont know how to tell you all how fun this season was for me. I was done coaching until John asked me to give it a go for the U19. Its been an amazing challenge for me. Its also been quite a learning experience which will make me a better coach next year. Oh yeah, I'm definitely going again....and count on the tournament! I do want to thank the dads that helped me: Mike, Mickey, Marty, Ron (forgive me if i missed someone). Not just helping me with time (which was HUGE-Thank you) but for all the advise & direction towards me and the team....I truly appreciated it and honestly used it, so thank you. Guys, thank coach John. I do because I would have never done this had it not been for him. To think about I could have missed the opportunity to live this season is kind of scary. John, thank you and you may as well sign...us...up...now! I'm very excited about next year already!
Being part of your team was truly an honor and I'm grateful because you have truly re-ignited the fire for me again!

Wednesday
~ Had tennis camp once again and then decided to head over to Jess's house cause Lance and Katie were there so we all hung out. Lance and I tried to learn how to play a game called 'kemps' but we weren't too good at it. We plan on practicing so we can get really good and win a game or two.
Thursday
~ Had the last day of tennis camp. Funn times. I'm tryin to decide whether or not to do the next camp up at Sterling Heights High School. Thursday night I went over Lance's house along with Jess, Katie, and Fred. The Pistons lost. I was upset, but all in all, it was a good night.
Friday
~ I don't remember what I did during the day. At night I went over to Joe's house along with a couple other guys from the soccer team and we all just hung out and talked about the tournament and ate pizza.
Saturday
~ Had a soccer game bright and early at 9 am. We were losing 1 - 0, but came back to win in dramatic fashion, 2 - 1. It was wonderful and set the pace for the rest of the day. After the first game I headed home and took a shower then went to Ace's house and we watched a movie and just relaxed. Our second game was at 4:30. The team was horrible. They had lost 0 - 6 and 0 - 7 in their previous games. We beat them 5 - 1. Had we beat them 5 - 0, my team woulda automatically advanced to the semi-finals but some guy on my team didnt cover the guy I specifically asked him to cover for me, and got burned. Oh well. The third game started at 6:30. We started off losing 2 - 0, but scored just before half to make it a 2 - 1 game. During half-time, lightning was spotted so we had to wait like 30 minutes until we could resume our game. We came out strong but just couldnt score. With about 3 minutes left in the fourth quarter, we got an indirect kick about 5 yards from the net. Kevin tapped it to John and he blasted it in just under the cross-bar. My team went crazy and started screaming and running around the field as if we had won the championship or something. We ended in a 2 - 2 tie, which was all we needed to get into the semi-finals on Sunday. I went home after the game and just relaxed.
Sunday
~ We had a game at 11 am. It was messed up, one of the teams dropped out and instead of automatically moving the #1 team into the championship game, they decided to give the bye to a different team. My team was pissed but still played hard. We lost 3 - 2 in overtime. It was a lotta bullshit, no comment.
Last night I went to the Grosse Pointe fireworks with Lance, Fred, and Lindsay. Funn stuff.

What a perfect day.
I picked up Theo and we went to Mickey Shorr to check out subs. He's into the MTX subs, and I'm even thinkin about gettin some now. After that, we went to the mall. He got applications from Guess and Steve & Barrys. We saw Kevin at Steve & Barrys so we talked to him for a while. He's as excited about the tournament as I am. I think we're going to do great. I cant wait!
After leaving the mall, I dropped Theo off at home then went to tennis camp. It was really hot out today and camp was pretty boring, we didnt do anything funn.
When I got home from tennis, I took a quick shower and then Jess came over. We watched Saw. One creepy movie for all ya'all who havent seen it. Though its creepy, I'd definitely say it was a great movie. After we watched that, we decided to head out to Tim's house to watch the game. On the way, we stopped at Cold Stone but it was crowded so we went to Walgreens and got some Rocky Road ice cream. We hung out at Tim's til a lil after half-time then came back to my house. We tried to go for a walk, but then saw the moon so just sat and stared at it for a while. It was a perfect night, no clouds in the sky, a big full moon and a buncha stars, and it was nice and warm out. Then Jess had to leave and I walked inside just as the game was ending. The Pistons won!! I definitely want to go to Palace Vision Thursday nite for game 7. That'd be a blast.
